Asian Development Bank
In 2005, Asian Development Bank worked in tandem with the Central Bank of the Philippines to create an educational course that educates individuals and financial institutions about the international fight against money laundering. They tapped local IT firm Digital Solutions to create a standalone course application for distribution. They in turn enlisted the services of Paul Hidalgo for designing the look, feel and implementation of the application.
The course disc"s accessible and thorough interface allowed users to learn everything that they needed to know, and served as excellent supplementary material to the ADB and CBP"s other efforts to combat money laundering.
